The Carretas Attic Apartments in Madrid were a cozy hideaway for my solo adventure! The private bathroom with a refreshing shower was just what I needed after a long day of exploring. Plus, having free WiFi made it easy to stay connected and share my travel experiences with loved ones back home. I loved the little kitchen area with a toaster and microwave, perfect for enjoying some quick and delicious meals. And let's not forget the air conditioning - a lifesaver in the Spanish heat!

The low ceilings in the units might not be ideal for taller guests, but for someone like me who's not very tall, it added to the charm and coziness of the place.

We had a great stay in Madrid short walk to restarants and the center of Madrid and city centre. Location was phenomenal, within walking distance of Calle Mayor...

The apartment had all the necessary amenities and was clean. The location was great, close to the metro and many bars and restaurants. The AC was effective at keeping the apartment cool, and there were plenty of lamps to provide lighting. The kitchen was well-equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, and oven. I also appreciated the provided towels, bed linen, and other hotel-like items.

The apartment had low ceilings, and there were no sun block or curtains in the bathroom and kitchen windows, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. The washing machine was extremely loud, and the windows didn't lock properly, which could be a concern for families with children.

The check-in process was quick and the staff were friendly and helpful. the apartment was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Each room had excellent air conditioning and the apartment itself was spacious. the location was right in the city center, yet the attic was surprisingly quiet.

Felt very homey, no complaints.

Locking issue.

The location of this place was mind-blowing! We were able to walk to all the places we wanted to visit, and even had the convenience of going back to the apartment during the day. The apartment itself was super clean and new, and the welcome kit with water and chocolate was a jaw-dropping perk. Alex, our host, was amazing! He was so kind and gave us fantastic tips about the city.
